Arbor Advertising Welcomes Mark Lunde as Client Success Lead
We’re thrilled to announce that Mark Lunde has officially joined the Arbor Advertising team as our new Client Success Lead. Mark’s journey with us is a special one, rooted in trust, collaboration, and a shared commitment to results.
Four years ago, Mark first came across Arbor as a dealership owner, but to be honest, he wasn’t immediately sold. He had been burned before by other vendors who made big promises but didn’t follow through. Naturally, he was skeptical when he first met us. “I needed proof that Arbor could actually deliver results,” Mark said. “I’d had too many experiences where things didn’t pan out the way they were supposed to.”
Jacob, one of our first group of sales hires, was the one who brought Mark on board. From there, we got to work. We helped Lunde Auto Sales grow year after year, increasing both his vehicle sales and overall bottom line by 30% to 40%. Mark’s dealership has also been instrumental in helping us refine our Facebook advertising strategy. His insights and feedback helped us create a process that not only works but targets the entire market—not just a fraction of it.
Fast forward to today, and we couldn’t be more excited to have Mark officially on our team. As Client Success Lead, he’s going to be working closely with other dealerships, offering the same consulting and sales expertise that helped him grow his own business. His focus will be on improving acquisition channels and strategies, helping dealerships drive real, measurable growth.
